federal Safe Schools Healthy Students
Contract. SB6 implements a mini-grant from the KS Dept. of Health and Environment to distribute home safety supplies for families with  young children.  SB6 also implements a contract with KDHE to implement a project to develop an Early Childhood Mental Health Learning Community with other Smart Start Grantees in Kansas. Other funding sources have included the Lawrence Partnership for Children and Youth, United Way of of Douglas County,
the Douglas County Community Foundation (2001- 2002), and The Rotary Club of Lawrence (2002).
